When Should You Unsubscribe?
If your home purchase has closed or you no longer wish to receive updates, you can unsubscribe from Perchwell email notifications at any time.
Unsubscribe from Email Alerts
You may receive email alerts related to listings appearing in a new search.
Open a recent search alert email.
Scroll to the bottom of the message.
You may need to expand the email to view the full content.
Click Unsubscribe.
💡 You will no longer receive email notifications from Perchwell.
Turn Off Tag Alerts In Your Account
If you still have access to your account and are receiving alerts from Tags:
Log in to Perchwell.
Go to Tags.
Toggle off the bell icon next to any Tag to disable alerts.
Tips
You can contact your agent directly if you would like to be removed from the platform.
If your search resumes in the future, your agent can send you a new invitation.
