Creating a Report from the Search Page
Initiate your task from the Search page and select the listings you wish to include in your report. A pop-up window will appear at the bottom of the webpage.
Choose the ‘Create a Report’ option.
You will now have the choice to create various types of reports: Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), Extended CMA, Listing Report, Short Listing Report, Detailed Report, Show Sheet, Itinerary, Media Report, or an Export To Excel.
Creating a Report from the Listing Details Page
Go to the listing page of a desired property.
Hover over the side window.
Click the “Reporting” option.
4. You will be presented with the option to create several types of reports, namely, CMA (Comparative Market Analysis), Extended CMA, Listing Report, Detailed Report, Show Sheet, and Media Report.
Note: When creating a CMA report from the Listing Details page, the chosen listing will automatically be considered the subject property. Other listings that appear will be related to the subject property based on attributes like location, bedrooms, bathrooms, and price. You can also use Tags to import listings into the CMA.
Generating and Sharing a Report
Once your report is ready, you can share it via email, print, or download.
For email sharing, add the email addresses of the clients you wish to send the report to. A subject line for the email is required (you and your client will both receive a copy of the report). We provide a preset email message, but this can be customized by your Brokerage Admin.
