When to Share Analytics Charts
Analytics charts are commonly shared to communicate market trends and listing insights.
Agents often share charts when they want to:
Include visual market data in a CMA or listing report.
Send pricing or market insights to clients.
Collaborate with team members or colleagues.
Export charts for use in other marketing materials.
Shared charts reflect the filters applied to your current search.
Prepare Charts Before Sharing
Before exporting or sharing a chart, confirm that the data reflects the information you want to present.
Steps
Navigate to the Search page.
Apply the filters that define the dataset you want to analyze.
Confirm that the search results reflect the listings you want included.
Select the Analytics tab to generate charts based on that search.
Charts automatically update based on the filters applied to your search.

Charts can be exported as PDFs or emailed directly from the Analytics page.

What Recipients See

This ensures charts can be used in presentations or shared independently.
Use Charts with Reports
Exported charts can be used outside of Perchwell.
Common uses include:
Including charts with CMAs.

Using charts in team discussions or strategy meetings.
Charts export as PDFs, making them easy to include in other documents.
