When to Share Analytics Charts

Analytics charts are commonly shared to communicate market trends and listing insights.

Agents often share charts when they want to:

  • Include visual market data in a CMA or listing report.

  • Send pricing or market insights to clients.

  • Collaborate with team members or colleagues.

  • Export charts for use in other marketing materials.

Shared charts reflect the filters applied to your current search.

Prepare Charts Before Sharing

Before exporting or sharing a chart, confirm that the data reflects the information you want to present.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Search page.

  2. Apply the filters that define the dataset you want to analyze.

  3. Confirm that the search results reflect the listings you want included.

  4. Select the Analytics tab to generate charts based on that search.

Charts automatically update based on the filters applied to your search.

Share or Export a Chart

Charts can be exported as PDFs or emailed directly from the Analytics page.

Steps

  1. From the Analytics page, locate the chart you want to share.

  2. Click Share in the upper-right corner of the chart.

  3. Select the page orientation: Portrait or Landscape.

  4. Choose one of the following options:

    • Export PDF

    • Email Report

If emailing, enter one or more recipient email addresses before sending.

What Recipients See

When charts are shared as PDFs, the document includes:

  • The chart visualization.

  • Your brokerage branding.

  • Your contact information.

This ensures charts can be used in presentations or shared independently.

Use Charts with Reports

Exported charts can be used outside of Perchwell.

Common uses include:

  • Including charts with CMAs.

  • Sharing charts alongside listing reports.

  • Using charts in team discussions or strategy meetings.

Charts export as PDFs, making them easy to include in other documents.
