Introduction
At Perchwell, we recognize the importance of historical data for a building. That's where the building page comes into play. This page allows you to find historical data, active units, and even closed sales.
How to Locate the Property Page
You can locate the building page two ways.
Universal Search: search for listings and buildings.
Listing Page: You can access the Property page directly from the Listing Page. Simply select the image in the property section and you will be navigated to the Property page.
Building Summary
The listing summary is located to the right of the building or property page. There are quick links to help you navigate through the page.
Address
Address
The building’s address. Additionally, there will be the “known” name of the building, the Property Type, and any cross streets if applicable.
Average Price
Average Price
Average price of the building, based on previous sold prices
Average Rent
Average Rent
Average rent prices, based on unit prices
Year Built
Year Built
The year the building was built
Units
Units
The number of units in the building
Active Sales
Active Sales
The number of active sales within the building. Average Sales price will also be displayed in this area.
Active Rentals
Active Rentals
The number of active rentals within the building. Average Rental price will also be displayed in this area.
Pending Sales
Pending Sales
The number of ‘In Contract’ sales within the building. Average Pending price will also be displayed in this area.
Pending Rentals

The number of ‘In Contract’ rentals within the building. Average Pending price will also be displayed in this area.
Side Panel
By hovering your mouse over the side panel, additional actions and integrations will appear to help you interact with the listings.

Start Message Thread

Send a building to a client or buyer, which will appear in their messages tab if they are invited or have access to Perchwell. You can learn more about messages here (Link to Messages articles)
Print
Print the entire building page in its current format.
Report Listings
Report Listings
If anything appears suspicious or inaccurate about the building page, you can submit a ticket here and our team will investigate.
Add to Listing Presentation
Add to Listing Presentation
The building can be added to a new or existing Listing Presentation.
Auto CMA
Auto CMA
This will automatically create a CMA report, with the building as the subject property.
One Pager
One Pager
Buildings can be added to a one-page report.
Integrations
RPR, DPR, ShowingTime, WellcomeMat, and RatePlug.
Photos and Media
An overview of the unit or building will be displayed at the top of the webpage. Please note, that there is only one photo for the building page. To see more media, please select a unit located at the bottom of the page.
Management
Management firm, Front Desk, Account Executives, and their contact details.

This information will be listed on every building page.

Schools - Nearest Schools
Location - Area that building falls within your state
Zip - Zip code
Interior

Full Bathroom - Number of full bathrooms on the property.
Bedroom - Number of bedrooms on the property.

Owner Name - Owner/Business name
Location
An interactive map is displayed for the building/ property, with a pin for the specific location. You can use the - or + sign to zoom in or out on the map. We also have a few features within the map.
Select
Directions - will bring you to Google Maps
Street View - will provide you with a street view of the building. This is interactive and you can use the arrows to navigate around the location.
Financials
This is where you will find the Property Tax for a building or Property
Land Assessed Value
Building Assessed Value
Total Assessed Value - This will be calculated by adding the Land Assessed Value and Building Assessed Value.
Annual Property Tax - This will be calculated by multiplying the Tax Rate by the Total Assessed Value.
Listings
The listings section provides you with insights into the units inside a building. You can view either Current or Past listings. You can select the checkbox on the listings in either section for additional options to appear. These listings can be added to a presentation, report, or tag. By selecting ‘View Listings’ you can view all of the listings within a carousel. You can also contact the listing agents or share them with clients.
Current Listings
This view will show all the active or in-contract listings within the building. By selecting the check box, additional options will appear. Select either listing to navigate to its Listing Page.
Past Listings
This view will show all the closed and canceled listings. By selecting the check box, additional options will appear. Select either listing to navigate to its Listing Page.
