How do I clean/ sterilize the parts of my Perifit Flow?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

1. Washable Parts & Cleaning Tips

The following parts should be washed after each use and sterilized regularly:

Flange (A), Insert (B), Diaphragm (D), Collection Cup (E), Valve (F)

Between uses, you can handwash with warm water and soap in a clean container or put them in the dishwasher using a gentle cycle.

ℹ️ Always let parts air dry before reusing.

How to sterilize the parts before the first use:

  • Boil water in a pot

  • Add parts one by one (avoid touching pot edges)

  • Boil for 3–5 minutes, stir gently

  • Remove carefully and air dry on a clean surface

Note: Tubes should only carry air, so there is no need to sterilize them.

2. Non-washable parts

The following parts can’t be boiled or soaked, but can be cleaned with disinfectant wipes:

  • Mounting clip

  • Control unit

  • Tube (if not soiled inside)

If you notice any milk or water inside one of the tubes, please stop using the pump immediately and contact our customer support team.
