Why You’re No Longer Receiving Rewards
Challenges and rewards are a new feature still in the testing phase. Currently, the number of challenges and rewards is limited as we gather feedback and refine the feature. At the end of the test phase, if the feature proves successful, our team plans to expand it with many more exciting challenges and rewards to keep your training experience fresh and motivating.
If you’re a long-term user, there’s a chance you’ve already unlocked all the available rewards. Once you’ve completed all the current challenges, you’ll no longer receive new rewards until additional ones are added.
