Whole Body Training

Take your pelvic floor training to the next level with movement-based exercises

The Whole Body Training section is exclusively available to Perifit Care+ users.

Thanks to the probe’s built-in accelerometer, Perifit Care+ can detect your body position and movement, allowing you to train your pelvic floor in more dynamic and functional ways.

These exercises are designed to help you integrate pelvic floor contractions into real-life movements, making your training more challenging and more representative of everyday activities.

Why Train Your Pelvic Floor in Movement?

Pelvic health professionals often recommend practicing pelvic floor exercises in positions and situations that are closer to real life.

Training your pelvic floor while moving can help you:

  • improve functional strength

  • challenge coordination and control

  • better prepare for everyday activities

  • progress beyond traditional static exercises

What Exercises Are Included?

Advanced Workout

Challenge your pelvic floor through movement

Advanced Workout combines pelvic floor training with full-body movements to create a more demanding exercise session.

You'll perform pelvic floor contractions while moving through positions commonly encountered in daily life, such as sit-to-stand movements.

This exercise helps you practice engaging your pelvic floor during functional movements and adds an extra challenge to your training routine.

Duration: 2 minutes 30 seconds

Winter Surfer

Train while balancing, moving, and reacting

Winter Surfer is a fun, movement-based game that combines body positioning and pelvic floor contractions.

To play, you'll:

  • shift your hips from side to side to change lanes and avoid obstacles

  • contract your pelvic floor to jump over fences

This exercise challenges both your coordination and your ability to engage your pelvic floor while your body is in motion.

Duration: 2 minutes 30 seconds

A More Dynamic Way to Train

Whole Body Training helps bridge the gap between pelvic floor exercises and real-life movement.

If you're ready for a greater challenge and want to continue progressing with your Perifit Care+ training, these exercises are a great way to build strength, coordination, and confidence in everyday situations.
