What is the Whole Body Training?

The Whole Body Training is a set of full-body exercises that let you train in real-life positions.

It is available to Perifit Care+ users only because its design and shape are better suited to training in more complex positions, like sitting, standing, etc. If you’d like to know more about Perifit Care+, click here .

How it works ⤵️

The Whole Body Training can be found at the bottom of the Exercises tab of the app.

In order to play, you first need to calibrate your Perifit Care+

The Whole Body Training is a set of 3 exercise types:

- Sit to stand (already available)

- Squat (available soon)

- Glute Bridge (available soon)
