Access our exclusive Yoga Programme, designed to complement your pelvic floor training and support your overall well-being.
Yoga videos are currently available in English and French.
🎮 Extra games
Enjoy additional games on top of the games already available in the free version of the app, giving you more ways to train and stay motivated.
Where can I find my Premium content?
You can find your Premium content in different places in the Perifit Care app, depending on the type of content.
Yoga videos and pelvic health articles
You can find exclusive yoga videos and pelvic health articles in the Coach tab, located in the bottom-right corner of the app’s home screen, next to the Progress tab.
The Coach tab is only visible in versions of the Perifit Care app that support Perifit Premium.
Premium games
You can find your additional games in two places:
Today tab: If you have an active Premium subscription, Premium games can be included in your daily workout.
Exercises tab: You can also browse and select Premium games directly from this tab.
Can't see the Coach tab or your Premium content?
Make sure you're using the latest version of the Perifit Care app.
On iPhone or iPad: Open the App Store, search for Perifit Care, open the app page and tap Update if available.
On Android: Open the Google Play Store, search for Perifit Care, open the app page and tap Update if available.
If the button says Open, your app may already be up to date.
What is Perifit Coach?
The Coach tab currently gives you access to Premium content, including exclusive yoga videos and pelvic health articles. However, the personal Perifit Coach is a separate feature that is still in development and is not yet available.
Once launched, Perifit Coach will be a personal coach you can chat with at any time. It is designed to provide personalised insights into your pelvic floor training, guide you towards your goals and motivate you to maintain a consistent practice.
