Switching from Perifit Care to Perifit Care+

Everything you need to know before switching to Perifit Care+.

Thinking about switching to Perifit Care+? You can keep your existing progress, use the same app and enjoy all the free games. Here's what to know before making the switch.

Will I keep my progress if I switch to Perifit Care+?

Yes! Your progress will remain in the Perifit Care app as long as you connect your Perifit Care+ to your existing Perifit Care account. No extra steps are required.

However, Care and Care+ use different sensors, so you may notice differences in your scores after switching. Don't worry if your numbers change: this doesn't necessarily mean your pelvic floor strength has changed.

You can find more details in our article Why Perifit Care and Perifit Care+ May Show Different Values.

Will Perifit Care+ be more difficult to use?

Not necessarily! Perifit Care+ is designed to help you refine your pelvic floor training, with more sensitive sensors that can help you focus on the quality of your contractions even more. It also supports training in different positions, including sitting and standing.

As with any new device, it may take a little time to get used to the different sensations and measurements.

Can I use both devices with the same app?

Yes! Perifit Care and Perifit Care+ use the same app, so you can connect either device to your existing account.

However, the app's Progress tab cannot currently distinguish between the two devices. If you alternate between them, your results may be harder to interpret because each device measures contractions differently. For the clearest picture of your progress, we recommend sticking to one device when tracking your results.

Do I need to pay for a new subscription?

No! Perifit Care+ uses the same app as Perifit Care, and the free games remain free. You don't need a Premium subscription to use Care+.

Perifit Premium is an optional subscription that provides access to additional content and features, regardless of which device you use.
