Setting Up Reminders

Stay consistent with smart reminders that adapt to your routine

Training regularly is one of the best ways to improve your pelvic floor health. The Perifit Care app can send you training reminders to help you stay on track.

Once enabled, reminders automatically adapt to your training habits, making it easier to build a routine that fits your schedule.

How Smart Training Reminders Work

Training reminders are now scheduled adaptively.

  • Before your first training session, the app uses a default reminder time.

  • After you've completed your first session, reminders automatically adjust based on the time you usually start training.

  • Each time your training habits change, your reminder time will adapt accordingly.

💡 Existing users: If you've already set a reminder time, the app will continue using it until you complete a training session at a different time. Your reminders will then automatically update to match your new routine.
