EMPTY.

It is recommended to empty your bladder before starting a pelvic floor training session.

Training with your bladder full or partially full could rise the chances of leakages while you work out.

Some people may also find the probe less comfortable to insert if their bladder or bowel is full, so it's good to empty both (if you have the urge) before training!

You can train before or after eating, there are no specific rules around that.
