What should I do after finishing my training program?

What to do after you've completed level 10.

If you finished your training program, congratulations! That's some steady training.

There are several routes that you can take if you’ve finished a training program.

The main question to ask yourself would be: "do I still have symptoms?"

If the answer is yes, here’s what you can do:

  1. Adjust to a lower level of your training program:

    • Go to Settings > My program

    • Tap on your current objective (Ex: Objective 2 - Basics of Contraction Quality)

    • At the bottom of the screen, you should see a card

    • Tap it to level down

    • On the pop-up window, choose the level you want to go back to

    • Confirm

  2. Coordinate with your physiologist and see if they have any exercise recommendations that you could do freely in the Practice Lab.

If you no longer have symptoms, you can review with your Pelvic Floor specialist and see if it’s still a priority to train your pelvic floor.
