How your Perifit Training Program is Customized
Updated over a week ago

At Perifit, we tailor your training program to your specific health needs and goals. Here’s a quick overview of how we customize your experience:

  1. Selection of Objectives:

You can choose your (multiple) health goals at registration:

    • Stop leaks

    • Enhance sexual well-being

    • Maintain pelvic health

    • Recover from pregnancy

    • Relieve prolapse symptoms

We use these objectives to tailor the contraction patterns in your workouts and help you work on the right aspects of your pelvic floor.

  2. Analysis of Your First Game:

Your performance in the initial game helps us identify specific areas to focus on, like building strength or control, refining your future training sessions.

  3. Input from Pelvic Questionnaire:

The symptoms you detail help us further personalize your program to address your specific pelvic floor situation.

  4. Setting of your Training Path:

During your first workout, you'll establish your Training Path by deciding how many days per week and how many minutes per session you wish to train. This allows us to tailor the program's timing and intensity to align with your availability and goals.

💡You can update your Health Goals at any time by going to:

  4. Tap on the ones you want to remove

  5. Tap "add another target" and confirm if you want to add one more

  6. The contraction patterns distributed in your training program will be updated based on your new selection
