Snapped Or Broken Device

Find out what to do if your Perifit Care breaks or is not in its proper shape

Updated over a year ago

The base of Perifit Care can sometimes snap, making a noise similar to a "click".

It's a mechanical sound and does not have an impact on sensors.

Below is a little process to "snap it back" and get back to training:

  1. Gently push the below part of the probe to the other side. You will hear the same "click" sound as before and the probe should be back to its original state.

  2. To make sure that the sensors are behaving normally, you can try to train within the Practice Lab. If the superficial sensor goes up when you contract your pelvic floor and the deep sensor stays low as long as you don't push on your abs, you should be all good.

If you note that sensors do not seem to behave normally after snapping Perifit Care back, hit the 😔 below and choose "Send us a message" so that we can help you.
