How to play
By default, your spaceship is flying low and moving forward
Squeeze your pelvic floor to fly above an asteroid
Relax your pelvic floor to fly below an asteroid
Hints
Follow the way and squeeze/relax your pelvic floor progressively until you reach the height required to fly between 2 asteroids
Tap the screen twice with your finger to shoot at enemy ships and destroy them
By asking you to perform a secondary action (tapping on the screen), this game gently closes the gap with daily life situations where squeezing your pelvic floor muscles rarely is the only preoccupation of the moment.
The more you focus on this secondary action, the more you will shift from conscious control to reflexive control training.
Score
This game is a race against the clock, and each asteroid or enemy ship you crash into slows you down.
If you bump into an asteroid and get stuck, it will disappear after 2 seconds so you can be on your way again
A player who doesn't crash into any asteroid or enemy ship will finish in the shortest possible time and get a 100% Control score.
