Kegel Coach

Learn proper contraction technique

The Kegel Coach helps you better understand what a correct, isolated pelvic floor contraction should feel like.

It guides you through the basics of:

  • contracting the right muscles

  • avoiding compensation from abs or glutes

  • improving your Contraction Quality

This is a great place to start if you’re unsure whether you’re contracting correctly.

3D Pelvis

Visualize your pelvic floor in action

The 3D Pelvis tool helps you better understand how your pelvic floor moves during contractions.

It provides a visual representation of:

  • what happens during a Kegel

  • how the muscles lift and relax

  • how breathing and muscle coordination work together

This can be especially helpful if you’re more of a visual learner.

Practice Lab

Practice and refine your technique

The Practice Lab allows you to work on your contractions outside of games and find the training position that feels best for you.

It displays the force applied to the two sensors of your Perifit Care(+) probe, helping you better understand how your body responds during exercises.

You can use it to:

  • improve contraction quality

  • practice relaxation

  • refine coordination and timing

  • experiment with different positions
