Pelvic Questionnaire

Helping you track your symptoms and support your pelvic floor training journey

The Pelvic Questionnaire is designed to help you better understand your pelvic floor symptoms and how they evolve over time.

By completing it regularly, you get valuable information about your pelvic health, allowing you to better assess changes in your symptoms throughout your training journey.

Why Am I Asked to Complete the Pelvic Questionnaire?

The questionnaire helps you:

  • better understand your pelvic floor symptoms

  • monitor how those symptoms evolve over time

  • evaluate your progress throughout your training journey

  • continue improving the Perifit experience and our understanding of pelvic floor health

Because pelvic floor symptoms are often highly personal and can change gradually, regularly checking in can provide a more complete picture of your overall progress.

How Often Will I Be Asked to Complete It?

The app will suggest that you complete the Pelvic Questionnaire:

  • before your first training session

  • every 25 games thereafter (around 5 training sessions)

When it is due, it will appear in Today's Workout.

Do I Have to Complete It?

No.

The Pelvic Questionnaire is optional, and you can choose to skip it if you prefer.

Skipping the questionnaire will not prevent you from training, playing games, or completing your workout.

How Long Does It Take?

Most users can complete the questionnaire in just a few minutes.

The questions focus on your pelvic floor symptoms and experiences, and there are no right or wrong answers.

We encourage you to answer as accurately as possible, as this helps create a more meaningful picture of your pelvic health over time.

A Quick Check-In for Long-Term Progress

Pelvic floor improvements are not always visible from one session to the next.

The Pelvic Questionnaire provides an opportunity to regularly reflect on your symptoms and overall wellbeing, helping build a broader view of your progress alongside your training activity.

Even if your day-to-day experience changes only gradually, these regular check-ins can help capture improvements that might otherwise go unnoticed.
