However, here are a few tips that we know matter if you're looking at optimizing your pelvic floor training toward better control:
Work on all other dimensions. Full control of your pelvic floor muscles comes from your ability to contract strongly (strength), on timing (speed), and maintaining it if needed (endurance). It's the cherry on the cake!
Focus on contracting and relaxing progressively. This is the illustration of control. If you're able to contract progressively from 0 to 100% of your strength and relax slowly as well, you're in control. Games with targets such as Golden Lotus and Jetpackpug are perfect exercises to train your control.
