Tips that matter to relax fully

Relaxation is part of the pelvic floor's key dimensions. It's your pelvic floor's ability to go from a contracted to a rest state.

Even though it looks natural, relaxing the pelvic floor fully is often challenging.

Here are a few tips that we know matter to improve relaxation:

  • Take it slow. Accept missing some targets in the games, it will get better with training. Take the time to relax fully until you feel at your 'rest' and natural state.

  • Avoid pushing to relax. This is a natural tendency when we're trying to relax faster. You're not doing yourself a favor as you're not teaching your pelvic floor the proper technique to relax.

  • Breathe slowly. Breathing in and out slowly helps reach a relaxed state.

  • Gentle massage after workout. After taking out Perifit, take a few seconds to massage the entry area of your vagina (inside) with a finger.

In games, the relaxed state is symbolized by all targets at the lowest of your screen or the initial position for games without targets. You'll notice that it's always twice as long as the contraction time.
