You're moving out to a new place and need to use your strength to load your furniture in the truck.

This game is aimed at improving your pelvic floor strength ability ⭐️

Game Modes available

Solo

How to play

  • By default, the character is not moving and standing in front of the furniture

  • Squeeze your pelvic floor up to 80% of your strength (as measured in the initial calibration today) to pick up a piece of furniture

  • Hold it for a short time until the character loads it into the truck

  • Relax to let go and go back to your initial position

Hints

  • Your goal is to make contractions of at least 80% of your strength. If it feels too hard, feel free to hit pause and recalibrate.

  • You have 6 seconds per contraction attempt.

  • After 3 fails, the game stops (whether you cannot pick up the furniture 3 times in a row or drop it before loading it into the truck)

Score

  • Loading a piece of furniture into the truck gets you +1 point

Game duration: 2 minutes 30s

💡The duration can slightly vary based on which training program’s level you’re on, as this will impact the number & length of contractions patterns we include in the game.
