A key to the success of your pelvic floor training and progress in your symptoms is training consistency.
We know that getting the motivation to train is a huge pain point in your already busy daily life. This is why we've introduced games in the first place, and again why we're now introducing challenges.
We offer 2 types of challenges:
Recurrent challenges. They will be offered frequently. They are mainly based on training consistency.
Completing your daily training
Coming back to training a 2nd day
Completing your weekly goal (Ex: X days of training)
One-time challenges. They are to be completed once and can be of any kind.
Where do I find the challenges offered currently?
Challenges can be found in the Progress tab.
How do I know that I've completed a challenge?
Once you complete a challenge, we will inform you with a celebration screen.
💡Note that we won't interrupt your workout to do so, so you always see the celebration screen at the end of your workout (or when you exit the games).
How do I claim my reward?
Once you have completed a challenge, you can claim the reward associated with it.
To do so, tap "Claim my reward" on the challenge card in Progress > See all challenges > ongoing challenges.
💡 To claim your reward, you need to scratch the card on the screen. Scratching would mean pressing a finger on the card, and maintaining it pressed while moving around.
Can I access past completed challenges?
Yes. In the Progress tab > tap "See all" in the Challenges section. Again, tap the tab "Successful challenges" to access past challenges that you have completed.
What happens when I've completed all challenges?
Recurrent challenges will be displayed every new week, on Monday.
One-time challenges are offered from time to time. Be on the lookout 👀
