The “Journeys Release Event” is an annual online event where we present our latest developments and features that have been developed over the course of the year based on the valuable feedback from our community. For us, this event is the culmination of a year of hard work and dedication.
As well as showcasing these new features, the event also offers an exclusive, limited time offer that is beneficial to both new customers and our longstanding, loyal customers. This is our way of not only thanking our community for their support and engagement, but also ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to benefit from these exciting new features.
The event is therefore not only a showcase of our work, but also an expression of our close collaboration with the community. It is the perfect occasion for our customers to discover and directly benefit from the latest features.

Will my credit/existing subscription be charged?
Yes, if you book the release offer and still have an active plan, the amount you have already paid for your existing subscription will be offset against the new subscription.
What happens after the 12 months?
What happens after the 12 months?
After the 12 months, your plan will automatically switch to a Standard plan.
This means that if you have booked the Business Package, you will automatically be transferred to a Business Annual Plan and if you have booked the Advanced Package, you will be transferred to an Advanced Annual Plan

a) Released features:
Many of the features presented have already been released for all our customers. You can find more details in our official changelog and an overview of all features & the various plans here.
b) Beta features:
If you book our Winter Release offer, you will immediately get access to all features included in your plan that are still in beta.
All other Perspective users will gradually get access in about 2-4 weeks.
❗️ Almost all of our new features will be available for all plans. However, there are also a few features that will only be available on higher plans. You can find an overview of which features are included in which plan here.
c) Unreleased features:
Some of the features presented are not yet available. These features will enter the beta phase in the coming weeks and then be rolled out to all customers by the end of the year. Again, those who have booked our Winter Release offer will be the first to get access.
All other Perspective users will then receive access after the beta phase until the end of the year.
