With the direct integration between Perspective and Zoho CRM, you can automatically import your funnel leads into your CRM — no need for Zapier or manual exports. This saves you time, reduces errors, and ensures your sales team always has the most up-to-date contact information.
ℹ️ This feature is available from the Business Plan (Legacy) / Grow Plan (New) onwards. It can also be added via the Premium Integration Suite.
Why this integration is so helpful
Connecting Perspective with Zoho CRM is perfect if you want to automate your entire lead management process.
Example:
A new lead completes your funnel → the data is automatically added as a new contact in Zoho CRM.
You can instantly plan follow-ups or start automations in Zoho.
Custom funnel fields can be mapped to matching CRM fields — keeping all your lead info in one place.
How to set up the Zoho CRM integration in Perspective
1. Create your Zoho Client
To let Perspective communicate securely with your Zoho CRM, you first need to create a client in the Zoho API Console.
Here’s how:
Log in at https://api-console.zoho.com.
Click Add Client.
Select Server-based Application as the client type.
Enter any Client Name and Homepage URL (e.g., your website).
Under Authorized Redirect URI, enter
https://integration.perspective.co/connector/callback — exactly like this.
Once created, you’ll receive a Client ID and Client Secret. You’ll need these in the next step.
2. Connect Zoho CRM with Perspective
Now, head over to Perspective:
Open the Zoho CRM App in your funnel.
Enter any name for your connection.
Paste the Client ID and Client Secret from Zoho.
Select your domain (e.g.,
.eu
,.com
,.in
– depending on your region). You can find your domain in your Zoho CRM URL, for example:
https://crm.zoho.eu/...
→ domain is.eu
.
Save — and you’re done!
You can now map your funnel fields to Zoho CRM fields as usual. When you get a new lead all mapped data will automatically be synced from Perspective to the right fields in Zoho CRM.
Add custom Zoho CRM fields
If you use custom fields in Zoho (like “Budget”, “Project Status” or “Lead Source”), you can easily create them yourself:
Log in to Zoho CRM.
Go to Settings → Customization → Modules and Fields → Contacts.
Select Fields and click Create and Edit Fields.
Add your new field and save it.
Go back to your funnel in Perspective and refresh the page — your new field will now appear in the Zoho CRM mapping form. ✅
