Perspective Funnels automatically send you an email that includes all relevant information for each lead you receive.
This email is always sent to the email address associated with your account.
If you want your leads to be sent to an additional email address or if you want to send leads from each funnel to different email addresses, you can make use of Zapier.
Here's how it works:
Sign in to your Zapier account and connect it with your Perspective Funnels. Visit Zapier here.
2. You now select: "New Lead via Funnel” as the so-called "Trigger Event”. This Zap will now be triggered every time you receive a new lead in your funnel.
3. Then select and connect your Perspective account. If you haven't connected it to Zapier yet, you can do so using your Perspective login details.
4. Next, you can choose your preferred funnel for which you want to receive more lead information via email.
5. Then click on "Test & Continue." This step will automatically import the respective lead information from your funnel into Zapier.
IMPORTANT: You are required to submit a test lead in your funnel before you can connect Zapier.
6. You can create an "Action" after Zapier has successfully tested your funnel. That means you let Zapier know what you want the software to do once a lead has entered your funnel.
If you use a Google account, select Gmail. If you don't use a Google account, you can make use of "Zapier Email" to complete the following steps.
7. Now, select "Send Email" as the "Action Event".
8. Once done, connect your Gmail account or select Gmail if you’ve already connected it.
9. You can now personalize the email that you want to be sent automatically every time a lead is generated.
Once you’ve saved all necessary information, you can proceed and test the email.
Name your Zap, finalize it, and publish it. All done!
