To email your funnel’s leads automatically, you first have to connect your funnel to your email program by using Zapier.
Here's how it works:
1. Log into your Zapier account and link it with Perspective funnels.
2. In your new Zap, select "New Lead via Funnel" as a new "trigger event".
This way, you ensure that the transfer will be active every time you receive a new lead in your funnel.
3. Afterwards, connect your Perspective account. If you haven't connected it to Zapier yet, you can do that using your Perspective login details.
4. Now, you can select the perspective funnel in which you like to email a new lead.
5. Next, click on "Test & Continue" to ensure the correct transfer. Please note that old information from leads you have previously created will not be transferred!
IMPORTANT to know: The system asks you to submit a test lead in your funnel before you can connect to Zapier.
6. After a successful test of your funnel via Zapier, you can create an "action" to define. This will define the exact information you would like to send to your lead.
Now select your email program. In the example below, we use ActiveCampaign.
7. Select "create / update contact" as the next action step.
8. Once you have linked your account, you have the opportunity to edit and customize the exact data that you want to email your leads.
