Summary

  • First make sure you've published your funnel — changes in the editor are only live after publishing

  • If changes still aren't visible after publishing and refreshing, clear your browser cache with Cmd + Alt + E (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows)

  • Works for all browsers — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Opera

Why are my funnel changes not showing up?

💡 There are two common reasons your funnel changes don't appear on the live funnel: you haven't published yet, or your browser is loading an old cached version.

Step 1: Make sure you've published your funnel

Changes you make in the funnel editor are not automatically live. You need to publish your funnel for changes to appear on the live version. If you haven't published yet, your live funnel will still show the old version.

💡 Always publish your funnel after making changes in the editor. Only move to Step 2 if your changes are still not visible after publishing.

Step 2: Clear your browser cache

If your changes still don't appear after publishing — even after refreshing the page — your browser is likely loading an old, cached version of the funnel.

What is a browser cache?

A cache is a storage location for temporary files. It stores data so web pages load faster. But it can sometimes prevent you from seeing the latest version of your funnel.

How do I know if I need to clear my cache?

You likely need to clear your cache if:

  • You've published your funnel but the live version still shows old content

  • Pages aren't loading fully or are showing formatting errors

  • You're seeing outdated content even though you recently published

How do I clear my cache?

Use these keyboard shortcuts to clear your browser cache:

1. On Mac: Press Cmd + Alt + E

2. On Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete

Then refresh the page. Your latest published funnel changes should now be visible.

Frequently asked questions

I've published and cleared my cache, but my changes still aren't showing. What do I do?

Open your funnel in a private/incognito browser window. This bypasses the cache entirely and loads the latest version. If the changes still don't appear, contact our support team.

Do I need to clear my cache every time I make funnel changes?

No, you don't need to clear your cache every time. In most cases, publishing your funnel and refreshing the page is enough. You only need to clear the cache when your browser is loading a saved (outdated) version of your funnel.

Will clearing my cache delete my saved passwords or other data?

Clearing your cache only removes temporary website files. Your saved passwords, bookmarks, and other personal data won't be deleted unless you explicitly select those options during the process.
