Customizing Your Funnel

How to Quickly and Easily Build Your Funnel

We recommend selecting and customizing one of our many funnel templates. This way, you can quickly create a beautiful funnel that fits your brand’s design – without building everything from scratch. You can find the funnel templates here:

  1. Click the button in the top right corner of your dashboard#

  2. A list of all available funnel templates will open. Choose the one that suits you best.

How to Customize the Design

You’ve selected a funnel template – now it’s time to customize it. Here’s how to quickly adapt the colors and fonts to match your brand:

  1. In the funnel interface, click “Design” in the top left corner to access the themes.

  2. Scroll down to see all the pre-made themes. Click through them to preview and pick your favorite.

  3. To create your own theme, click the plus sign next to "Your Themes."

  4. This opens the theme editor where you can customize: The theme name, Font, Colors, Element corner radius & Page transition animations. When you're done, click on the empty grey area between the theme editor and the funnel editor.

  5. Your custom theme will now appear at the top of the list. To activate it: Click on the theme. A pop-up will appear. Choose whether to apply it to the entire funnel or only to unstyled blocks. Click “Change Theme” to confirm.

Note: The second option is helpful when using a funnel template for many clients, but only want to change selected blocks to match the client’s colors.

  6. That’s it – all funnel steps are now updated with your new design. You can also use this template for future funnels.

How to Add and Edit Blocks

To further customize the template, click on an element in the funnel to open a menu on the right. Click the plus (+) to open the element library.

On the left, you’ll see a variety of block types and pre-built sections you can add:

  • Basic Blocks: Images, text, lists, videos, buttons, etc.

  • Interactive Blocks: Forms, answer boxes, multiple choice, etc.

  • Sections: Pre-designed full sections to speed up funnel building

After selecting a block, it will appear as a preview in your funnel. You can then customize it fully.

Where to Add Integrations & Tracking

In the top right menu of the funnel interface, click on “Apps.” Here, you’ll find direct integrations with: Meta, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Make, Google Sheets… and many more. Click on the app for setup instructions.

Note: Don’t forget to complete the integration setup and re-publish your funnel afterward, or your changes might not be applied.

  • Customize the social media/sharing preview

  • Change the funnel favicon

  • Change the funnel language

  • Toggle the cookie banner on/off

  • Toggle the progress bar on/off

How to Edit Funnels Without Affecting Metrics

  1. Next to the funnel settings, click the eye icon:

  2. A new tab opens showing your funnel as visitors will see it in the live version. You can test the funnel and interact with it (entries will not be saved to CRM or trigger emails)

  3. You can leave internal comments to discuss changes before going live
(Especially useful when collaborating with a team)

How to Set Up Email Message Flows

In the funnel interface, go to “Messages” on the left to manage email workflows. In the center, you'll find the email editor – it works just like the funnel builder. More info about automated Messages you will find here in this article.

You can:

  • Add more messages on the left

  • Set sender, recipient, and subject at the top center

Make sure to mark the email as “Live” and re-publish the funnel afterward to activate it.

Tip: For each Kanban status in your Perspective CRM, you can create a dedicated email and assign that status as a trigger.
