When is it possible to downgrade my subscription?
You can always downgrade at the end of the term of your current plan.
Your downgrade will only be successful if you do not exceed the capacity of your newly selected plan. Please be aware that otherwise your funnels and domains may be deactivated!
Our recommendation is to check this in your account in advance. Use the overview of our plans to make sure that everything is set up perfectly before you downgrade.
How exactly can I downgrade my plan?
The first thing you need to do is to select the plan you want to use and determine your billing terms (monthly/yearly).
Make sure you do not exceed the quota of your new plan.
Click on the blue profile icon in the top right corner of your Perspective account.
Select the "Settings" tab.
Next, look at "Subscription" to find your current plan.
Click on "Manage plan" and select your desired plan.
That’s it. You’re done. Your new plan will be activated on the next billing date.
