John Deere fields are imported from Farms & Fields, not from the Reconcile queue. Reconcile is for completed work after the connection is set up.
Reconcile
Use Inventory → Reconcile to review completed John Deere work before posting it into Phase records.
Reconcile is where Phase compares completed machine work with planned crop activities, product matches and inventory movements before saving the record. This is a Phase Ultra workflow.
The review is organised around three checks:
Paddock — confirm the Phase paddock and worked area.
Plan — choose the planned activity this work completes, or record it without a matching plan.
Products — compare the Deere products and rates with the Phase products. Match, add or skip lines deliberately.
Before confirming, also review operator, weather, machine values and spray details where they are available. Deduct from inventory is a separate choice. If it is off, the completed record posts without stock movements. An unmatched Deere product can post by name, but it will not move stock or keep linked label details.
Open More details → Machine to review the fleet machine, time on job and optional equipment cost line. Phase may pre-fill running cost per hectare and diesel per hectare from the planned equipment line or the machine record; the review states which source it used. You can choose another machine, change the numbers or turn the cost line off without removing the machine from the completed record.
For tillage, seeding and harvest, also check Deere speed and working depth when supplied. The queue can show a single run's start and finish or a duration spread across several days. Deere measured fuel is not available on Phase's current data licence, so diesel remains the reviewed per-hectare estimate multiplied by worked area.
All queue statuses are shown on the same page. Use the status headings to move between work that is ready, needs review, has been confirmed or was ignored. You can also combine related Deere jobs when separate passes belong in one Phase record.
When the same corrected product match applies to other matching jobs, Phase may offer to apply that correction and confirm the selected jobs together. Check every selected job before continuing.
If a team member can pull work but cannot confirm it
If the completed jobs appear but queue changes do not stay saved, or Confirm fails, contact Phase support. Include the team member's name, Phase farm, affected Deere job, whether it matched an existing planned activity, the exact error and a screenshot.
This can be a Phase membership-access problem rather than a John Deere connection problem. Employee crop-plan editing access does not grant John Deere Reconcile rights, farm-setup changes or inventory-administration rights. Do not disconnect Deere or change the farm's shared Deere organisation unless support confirms that the connection is the cause.
Yield import
Use Yield Center to pull harvest records from John Deere by date or month range, review field matches, and import yield records.
Phase Ultra Spatial can also retrieve John Deere yield maps from its import window. A long-running build may continue on the server and appear later.
Large imports may take time. Keep the page open while Phase checks Deere records.

The connected John Deere organisation is correct
The fields or operations exist in Operations Center
Your John Deere account has permission to view that data
The date range includes the work you expect
The Phase plan supports the import type you are trying to use
Open More → Farm Operations → Data Feeds for a quick view of whether the Deere connection needs attention and how many imported jobs still need a decision. Data Feeds is an inbox and launch point; it does not apply records automatically.
If permissions look correct but data is still missing, contact support with the Deere organisation name, date range, field names and screenshot of the import or Reconcile screen.
