How to analyse the performance of Emails

On the dashboard, it is possible to view the performance and statistics of all your emails. First, go to ‘Marketing’ and then select the email you would like to investigate.

Then on the left hand side, you will see two important tabs.

The ‘recipients’ tab displays various information per contact and the individual status of each email. This data can also be exported for more in-depth analysis. The various statuses & definitions can be found below:

Delivered: The email successfully reached the recipient's inbox or spam folder.

Bounced: The email couldn't be delivered due to an invalid address or full inbox.

Dropped: The email wasn't sent because of a prior issue, like an invalid address or spam risk.

Processed: The email was received and queued for delivery.

The ‘statistics’ tab displays a few general indicator values about the performance of the email.
