How to assess the success of your automation
To assess the success of your automation, check if it runs without errors and completes the intended task. Monitor key metrics like delivery rates, triggered actions, or responses.
Click of the "Automation tab" on the dashboard.
2. Select the type of the automation of the left to asses the type of run.
3. Click on "Run" tab on the bottom left side of the screen.
4.Select the contact to see the run function.
5.Click on the "Actions tabs" to see the automation steps for the particular contact.
