How to configure loyalty tiers

To change or set up loyalty rules, navigate to ‘Loyalty’ in your dashboard and select ‘Tiers’ from the dropdown.

Once on the page for tiers, select the button ‘New tier’ and begin by configuring the tier name, description, and image. Please ensure that you always configure the highest tier first.

Next, click ‘Continue’ and select your terms. Terms indicate what conditions a contact must meet to enter a certain tier.

To configure a minimum amount of points for a tier, select ‘Add Filter group’. You then select ‘Contact’ as the type of filter, ‘Attributes’ as the option, and ‘Total credits received’ as the attribute. Select ‘greater than or equal to’ as the operator and then enter the total amount of points you’d like to be necessary for entry into that tier.

Click ‘Next’ to go to ‘Complete’. Your tier has now been created!

To configure another tier, simply navigate back to ‘Tiers’ and follow the steps above.

In the list view of your tiers, your highest tier should always appear the the top of the list.
