How to import loyalty points and transactions:
Navigate to Imports
Go to the 9 dots menu and select ‘Imports’.
Start a New Import
Select ‘New import’ and choose ‘Scans’ as the import type.
Click ‘Submit’ and then ‘Upload’.
Upload the Gift Card File
Select your contact file (ensure it is in CSV format).
Click ‘Submit’ to proceed.
Mapping Columns ◦ Under ‘Mapping’, select which columns in your file correspond to attributes in the dashboard.
You will find 3 different attributes, ‘Email’, ‘Unit Value’, and ‘Credits’. Important: ‘unit value’ will enter as a specific transaction amount, and any rules you have set will apply before this amount is changed to points. If you would simply like to import the number of loyalty points just choose ‘credits’. ◦ Click ‘Submit’ to proceed.
Configure Information
Under the ‘Information’ tab, decide at which location these points will be rewarded.
Click ‘Start’ to see the import being prepared.
Complete the Import Process
Click on ‘Import’ to navigate to the overview page.
Select the gift card import you’ve just completed (it will have a ‘Ready’ label).
Finally, click on ‘Start import’ to complete the process.
Your point balances have now been imported!
