How to create a reward

Create a reward that customers can spend their points on.

To create a reward, navigate to ‘Loyalty’ and select ‘Rewards’ from the dropdown menu.

Once on the rewards page, click ‘New reward’ and select whether you would like to use a digital or physical reward. The difference is that digital rewards are equipped with identifiers for online bookkeeping purposes.

Once this is done, click ‘Next’ to configure the name, cover image, and required credits. Then click ‘Submit’.

Once you have submitted your reward, you can configure additional settings such as stock limits, limit per contact, and the cost price of the reward from a business perspective. You can also switch the reward from active to inactive in this ‘Basic’ tab.

You can apply ‘Visibility filters’ to decide who the reward can be redeemed by. To do so, click ‘Create filter group’. You can then select the type of filter, attributes, operator, and value itself. ****It is best to filter on contact attribute here, such as tier or point total.

In the example, the reward is only visible to those in the gold tier, for example.
