How to view and export loyalty transactions

Access all of your loyalty transaction data.

Accessed by navigating to ‘Loyalty’ and then ‘transactions’, the overview page of your loyalty transactions is helpful for monitoring the health of your program. Here, you are able to see all of the points added and taken away on each account.

On the tab ‘Scans’ you can see all loyalty transactions adding points to a contact. In the tabs ‘physical rewards’ and ‘digital rewards’, you can see points removed for a reward. In the table itself, these are labelled as 'standard reward reception' for physical rewards and 'digital reward reception' for digital rewards.

It is also possible to filter your view further, just click on ‘Filters’. You can then narrow it down based on contact, identifier, shop, channel, or date.

On the overview page of transactions, you can also manually add a transaction by selecting ‘New transaction’ or start an import by selecting ‘Import’.

To export your transactions, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to ‘Loyalty’ and then ‘transactions’

  2. Select ‘Export’ on the overview page once you have selected your filters.
