Accessed by navigating to ‘Loyalty’ and then ‘transactions’, the overview page of your loyalty transactions is helpful for monitoring the health of your program. Here, you are able to see all of the points added and taken away on each account. It gives you a great idea of how many customers are actually using the loyalty program. More insights can also be found in the reports tool.
Click on ‘Filters’. You can then narrow it down based on contact, Type, Business profile, Channel, Reward, Points, contact identifiers, Created at
On the overview page of transactions, you can start an import by selecting ‘Import’.
To export your transactions, follow the steps below:
Navigate to ‘Loyalty’ and then ‘transactions.’
Select ‘Export’ on the overview page once you have selected your filters.
