The loyalty statistics page can be found under Loyalty > Statistics.
This page allows you to view a series of point transaction statistics over a customisable time frame and per business profile. For each statistic, you can find the various metrics with adjustable date & shops value.
Make sure to click 'calculate' after any changes are made to apply them.
If you'd like to get an overview of the metric applied to all business locations, make sure none are selected (you might need to de-select one with the small 'x').
Here you get an overview of the following information within your preferred time frame & business profile:
Outstanding points
Points issued
Points redeemed
Average spending
Number of unit transactions (paid amount of currency converted into points using rules)
Number of direct point transactions (points issued via automations, campaigns, manually or other system actions)
