To create a loyalty transaction for a contact:
Navigate to Contacts
Go to ‘CRM’ and select ‘Contacts’ from the dropdown menu.
Search for the Contact
Enter the email address or name of the contact into the search bar and select them from the results.
Access Loyalty Transactions
Once on the contact profile, click on ‘Assign points’.
Select the Shop
Choose the shop to which this transaction applies.
Enter Points
Enter the amount of points you would like to add.
Complete the Transaction
Click ‘Create’ to complete the loyalty transaction.
The loyalty transaction for the contact has now been created.
