How to correct a point balance with a negative transaction or deduct points from a contact’s account

To correct the point balance of one of your contacts, first navigate to ‘Contacts’ and select ‘Contacts’ from the dropdown.

Enter the name of the contact into the search bar and select them.

Once on the contact profile, click on ‘Loyalty transaction’.

From here, select the shop to which this applies and enter the amount of points you would like to deduct, ensuring the place a minus ‘-’ sign in front.

Click ‘Create’ and the negative loyalty transaction has been completed.
