How to add credits and loyalty tokens to emails

To add credits or tokens like a voucher or gift card to an email, go to ‘Marketing’ and select ‘Emails’.

Once on the emails page, click ‘New email’ in the top right corner, then select either ‘once-off’ or ‘send automatically’. From here, follow the steps of designing your email.

Once you have arrived at the ‘content’ step, add a loyalty token by selecting ‘loyalty token’.

Under ‘shop’ you can select a corresponding store it belongs to and how many credits it should be worth under ‘credits’. Under ‘tags’, you can also search for the ‘loyalty token url’ so the customer needs to interact with the email to get their credits.

To link credits in an email, choose ‘credits’ on the left hand side. Choose the appropriate shop in the ‘shop’ field and corresponding amount under ‘credits’.

This will award the point to whoever receives this email, also if it goes out through an automation.
