To view and manage your subscription types, click on ‘Settings’ and navigate to ‘Subscription types’. You should automatically see 2 subscription types here - marketing and fucntional.

To add a new subscription type, select ‘New subscription type’.

Once you have set the name and description of your subscription type, you can configure the way in which the subscription operates: opt out, opt in, or double opt in

The opt-out strategy automatically enrolls contacts, while the opt-in requires them to indicate their desired subscription. Double opt-in requires them to indicate their subscription and subsequently confirm it via email.

Once you have configured your subscription type, click ‘Create’.

You can now navigate to the subscription types page and click ‘Edit subscription preferences page’ to see the new subscription type.
