To create a gift card, navigate to ‘Gift cards’ and select ‘Cards’ from the dropdown.

Click on ‘New gift card’ and choose how much money to place on the card, a recipient, a linked shop, and an email to which you would like to link to gift card.

Once you have done this, press ‘Create’.

To configure your gift card program, go to ‘Gift cards’ and ‘Settings’. On this page, you will automatically be on the overview page for your primary gift card program.

Press ‘Back’ if you would like to view all gift card programs.

To create a new gift card program, click on ‘New program’. Create a name and click ‘Create’. You can see which program you are currently in at the top of the ‘Gift card’ dropdown menu in the navigation.

To configure your program, click the ‘Settings’ cog next to the program. From here, you can select maximum and minimum amounts, as well as linking the gift cards to specific shops or all shops under the ‘Linking’ tab.
