To manually create a gift card transaction, navigate to ‘Gift cards’ and select ‘Transactions’ from the dropdown menu.

Next, click on ‘New transaction’. You can now enter the amount of the transaction in cents, select the store to which it applies, and select the automated email prepared for recipients.

You can find or create the email under ‘Marketing’ then ‘Emails’ and selecting ‘New email’ then ‘Send automatically’ and ‘Gift card recipient’ as the category.
