Here's a high-level overview to help you navigate the Pilotis Forms effectively:

Using the Side-Menu

On the side-menu, you will find the following sections:

Templates

This section displays all your templates. Templates are pre-designed structures that serve as the foundation for creating forms. They include predefined fields, layouts, and settings that you can customize according to your needs. Templates help you save time by providing a starting point for form creation.

Grid View & List View

This page can be viewed in two ways:

  • Grid View - displays all of your Templates in a grid-style view with a preview image.

  • List View - displays all of your Templates in a more traditional style list/table view.

To switch between these two views, click the icon highlighted below at the top-right of the page:

Searching & Filtering

The Templates page has the option of searching and filtering.

  • Searching: the Search bar at the top of the page can be used to search on all your existing templates.

  • Filtering: located beside the search bar, the filter button will open up the filter panel on the right-hand side. This will allow you to filter your templates by: Team, Categories, State, as well as sorting options for Title, Newest, or Oldest. Apply the filters you would like then click the "x" button to close the filter panel.

Pagination

The Templates page is paginated, meaning that as more templates are added to the system, the list view will be split out into separate pages. You can see all the pages at the top of the list view and navigate between pages as required.

Create a new Template

To create a new Template, click the "+ New Template" button. More information on how to create a Template can be found here.
