Creating a new template in Pilotis Forms is a simple yet powerful way to streamline your form creation process. Templates serve as the foundation for all forms, allowing you to design and customize the structure before sending out forms to collect data.
There's a video guide that will help guide you on this process:
Follow these steps to create a new template:
Step-by-Step Guide

Begin by navigating to the Templates section via the left side-menu. This section is your gateway to managing all your templates.
2. Press the New Template Button

5. Input a Title
Enter a title for your template. It's important to use a unique and easily identifiable name to distinguish it from other templates. A clear title helps you and your team quickly recognize the template's purpose.
6. Add a Description
Provide a description for the template. This description is used internally to help you and your team understand the purpose and intended use of the template. A well-written description can save time and reduce confusion.
7. Select Analytics Options (Plan Dependant)
If Analytics are enabled for your plan and via the global settings, you can choose to enable/disable Analytics on the template level. If enabled, you can then define the various items that are tracked as part of this feature.
