Update Google Authenticator to the latest version — it now syncs time automatically with Google's servers. If codes still fail, ensure your device's date and time are set to Automatic (synced with network).
iOS: Go to Settings > General > Date & Time and enable Set Automatically
Android: Go to Settings > System & updates > Date and Time and enable Set Automatically
2. If you use Google Authenticator or another 2FA app for multiple accounts, make sure you're selecting the code for Pionex specifically. The entry should be labeled as:
Pionex (abc@xxxx.xxx)
Pionex (your registered phone number)
3. Try refreshing the page, opening an incognito/private window, or clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
4. If the issue persists in-browser, switch to the Pionex mobile app and try again.
5. If neither the browser nor the app works, verify you have a stable internet connection before trying again.
