This document explains how to participate in various Pionex campaigns, key rules, and common notes. It applies to platform campaigns, new-user tasks, and KOL joint campaigns.
I. Platform Campaigns
1. Read the campaign rules
Each campaign page provides complete rules, including:
Campaign period
Conditions to receive rewards
Reward distribution date
It’s recommended to read carefully before participating to ensure you understand all requirements.
2. Remember to click Register
Some campaigns require you to register first to confirm eligibility.
After successful registration, the campaign page will show a registration timestamp.
Any actions taken before registering will not be counted for the campaign.
3. Net Deposit calculation
Counted as Net Deposit increases:
After successful registration, deposits made from external crypto platforms during the campaign period
Note: Internal transfers within Pionex do not count toward Net Deposits
Net Deposit decreases (deductions):
Withdrawals during the campaign period (once the campaign starts, withdrawals made even before registering will still reduce Net Deposits)
Transfers to the Pionex Card
Internal transfers out (to other Pionex accounts)
4. Net Investment Amount calculation
Net Investment Amount refers to the amount you newly allocate to the designated products after successfully registering for the campaign.
Operations that reduce the Net Investment Amount are counted even if they occur before registration (once the campaign has started):
Reducing the investment amount in the relevant product(s)
Closing orders/positions
Note: In general, campaigns require you to maintain the target Net Investment Amount until the campaign ends to qualify for rewards.
5. Checking Net Deposits and Net Investment progress
You can track your Net Deposit and Net Investment progress via the progress bars on the campaign page.
Progress data updates once per hour.
Some Net Investment campaigns have additional conditions (e.g., a bot must run for 3 hours; complete 5 arbitrage cycles). Progress will display only after these conditions are met.
6. Lucky Wheel draw campaigns
If rewards are issued as Lucky Wheel draw tickets, they will be distributed as follows:
Issued daily at 00:00 (UTC+8)
The system issues once at the first 00:00 (UTC+8) after the campaign begins, and then once daily at 00:00 (UTC+8) during the campaign
If you participate only on the last day, since it doesn’t cross 00:00 (UTC+8), you will not receive tickets
Tickets not claimed on the day of issuance will expire
7. Physical reward collection
The reward distribution date will be listed in the campaign rules. After settlement:
The system will notify winners via in-app message to complete a prize collection form
Physical rewards will be shipped thereafter
If the user’s region is unsuitable for delivery, the reward will be issued as equivalent USDT
8. Checking crypto reward distribution records
App: Pionex → My Account → Deposit → ⏱︎ → Distribution

For questions about the campaign, it’s recommended to ask first in the KOL’s community
If you still have questions, contact Support and provide the campaign link or a task screenshot. Support will assist with troubleshooting
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do deposits made before registering count toward Net Deposits?
A: No. Net Deposits only count deposits made after successful registration.
Q: After the campaign starts, will withdrawals made before registering affect Net Deposits?
A: Yes. Even if made before registering (but after the campaign starts), withdrawals will reduce the Net Deposit amount.
Q: Why hasn’t my campaign progress updated?
A: Campaign progress updates once per hour. If it hasn’t updated for a long time, please contact Support and provide the campaign link.
Q: I met the requirements but haven’t received rewards. What should I do?
A: Refer to the reward distribution date in the campaign rules and check your reward records via the paths above. If you still have questions, contact Support and provide the campaign link.
Q: Does the reward display "0.0₅2" mean 0.052? Why did I receive less than this amount?
A: 0.0₅2 means 0.000002. The subscript number (₅) indicates the count of consecutive zeros after the decimal point, so 0.0₅2 represents five zeros followed by 2. This is a standard display format widely used in the cryptocurrency industry.
