How to Join Pionex Official Communities
You can find the official community links through the following two entry points:
Official Website: Visit the Pionex Official Website, scroll to the bottom of the page, and look for the "Pionex Community" section
In-App Help Center: Open the Pionex App, go to the Help Center, and you will find the official community links there
Pionex has official communities across multiple platforms, including Telegram, Facebook, and Discord. Feel free to join the platform that best suits your needs.
Please note that only communities accessed through the official entry points above are verified. Do not join groups from unknown sources to protect your account security.
Why Am I Unable to Join, or Why Was I Removed?
The following behaviors may result in you being restricted from joining a community:
Sending advertisements, promotional links, or referral codes in the group
Repeatedly sending the same content (spamming)
Arguments or inappropriate language directed at other members
Violating the community guidelines of the respective platform
In addition, if your account name or bio contains text that is flagged as promotional by our system, you may be restricted even if you have not posted anything in the group. This is an automated false positive. If you believe this applies to you, please contact our customer support to request a review.
How to Request an Unban and Rejoin
Please contact Pionex customer support and provide the following information:
The platform you are trying to rejoin (Telegram / LINE / Discord)
Your account ID on that platform
We will process your request as soon as possible and notify you once it has been resolved.
