How to rearrange digital assets in the Elements app export preview screen
Information stored within your table can be quickly applied to your design templates, such as tombstones or biographies. Records can be exported as elements, making them instantly available as design assets for your team's use. Elements will be exported in the order displayed within a specific saved view or by the filter conditions or sorts applied in the table or in the expanded Elements app window. Once exported, elements can be manually rearranged or further sorted in the export preview screen before opening in PowerPoint, PNG or PDF format.
Manually rearrange digital assets in the export preview screen:
1. | From the export preview screen, manually rearrange content in the desired order by dragging and dropping digital assets on the page  |
2. | Once finished, click Export |
Apply an export sort order:
1. | Click on the Sort order button in the top right corner of the export preview screen |
2. | Select the first field to sort on |
3. | Chose Ascending or Descending from the menu |

4. | Click + Add sort to apply additional sort criteria
Please note: Additional sorts will be applied in the order that they are selected: First by, Then by, ect... |
5. | Once finished, click Export |
