AI HDR is our automated photo editing service powered by advanced AI models. You pick a model, upload your files (single exposures or brackets), and select the number of exposures in your set. We package your files, send them to the AI model of your choosing, and deliver the results back to you. There’s no human editor involved — it’s a fully automated process.

Turnaround time depends on the model, size of your files, and the quantity in your order. Most orders are processed in 1–2 hours.

You pay one flat rate per image. The price is the same across all AI models and all file types (single exposures, brackets, or aerials).

No, your credits and subscription on AutoHDR are not usable on Pixlmob.

Each model has its own strengths and style. The best way to decide is to upload the same set of images to multiple models and compare the results side by side.

Yes! You can upload your RAW exposures and select the number of brackets. We’ll handle the rest. Keep in mind that JPEGs are often faster to upload and process, and in most cases deliver results that look just as good.

The limits depend on the model you choose:
Omni:
No file size limit. Large RAW and high-res files are supported, but larger files will take more time to render.
AutoHDR:
Strongly recommend JPEG uploads for speed and efficiency. RAW files are supported but slow to process and provide no quality advantage.

Each HDR model has its own requirements, although they usually prefer JPEG files for the best results.
Omni:
Accepts a wide range of formats: JPEG, WEBP, AVIF, HEIC, TIFF, and many RAW types including DNG, CR2, CR3, CRW, NEF, NRW, ARW, SRF, RAF, RWL, and DJI RAW.
AutoHDR:
Accepts “all standard image formats” including JPEG and RAW.
Exceptions/issues:
Adobe DNGs with linear compression (unsupported)
Some Nikon NEF & Sony ARW files (may fail or show pink cast)
DJI DNGs (may look flat/dry) — JPEG recommended instead

Your finished files will be delivered as JPEGs. There currently isn't an option to receive finished files in any other file type.

Outputs provided as Large/high-quality files.

AutoHDR:
Outputs are delivered as JPEGs at the same resolution as uploaded (no upscaling).

Not yet. At this time, AI HDR is a straight pass-through service with no add-ons, customizations, or style adjustments. But stay tuned — we plan to add more options soon!

Yes. If your edits fail, are incomplete, or don’t meet expectations, you can dispute the order directly in Pixlmob. We’ll review the issue and issue a refund or partial refund if appropriate.

No problem. If your images need further adjustments, you can place an order with a human editor on Pixlmob.
Here are two approaches:
If the images need to be redone from scratch, order HDR from a human editor and provide the original RAW files.
If you just need tweaks, provide the AI-edited JPEG and order a single exposure edit. In your instructions, list the specific fixes you want (like alignment, TV screen replacement, or adding fire to a fireplace).

No. Once you place an order, it can’t be transferred to a different model. If there’s a problem or you want to cancel, you’ll need to dispute it. But keep in mind: once the AI renders and delivers the images, the order cannot be canceled.

Not at this time. AI HDR is a pass-or-fail service — either you accept the results or you don’t. If most of your images look good but a few have issues, dispute the order and we’ll review it. Partial refunds may be issued when appropriate.

Yes! We’re planning to add AI Virtual Staging, AI Virtual Twilight, and more. For now, AI HDR is the first step.

The statuses for AI HDR editing differ from the statuses for standard projects on Pixlmob from your favorite editors:
Preparing Files: We're getting your files ready to send to the AI HDR model
Ready for Processing: We're sending your files to the AI HDR model.
Processing: The AI HDR model is working on your files.
Ready for Review: Your AI HDR edits are ready to be reviewed!
Failed: Something went wrong and your order has been cancelled and refunded.
Disputed: You've submitted a dispute for your AI HDR order.
Resolved: Our team has reviewed and resolved your dispute.
Completed: The order has been reviewed, approved, and can no longer be disputed or refunded.

There are several reasons why an AI HDR order might fail, including:
An error disrupted the server and prevented your files from being rendered.
Your raw files are corrupted or inaccessible.
The AI editing model experienced an outage or service disruption.
Our team reviews all instances where an order fails to ensure any potential bugs or disruptions are addressed as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, to expedite a resolution for you, when your AI HDR order fails, we'll immediately refund it to your Pixlmob balance. You can try it again by resubmitting a new order for your files.
