As an editor, there are a few things you can do to attract more business from real estate media producers:
Be an excellent communicator with customers!
When you receive an order, confirm you've received it by sending a message to the customer within the order as quickly as possible.
Ask good, clarifying questions about the orders.
Deliver the order on time every time.
Ask the customer to leave you a review.
It is appropriate for you to ask each customer for a review once or twice.
You should not ask after every order.
If the customer leaves you a poor or unfavorable review, you should NOT message the customer asking them to change his review.
Choose the best examples of your work for your portfolio.
Avoid using the test images you were provided during the verification process.
Select images that are interesting and showcase your skills.
Add a profile picture, like a headshot or your business logo.
Keep your profile updated with your availability and working hours.
Review your pricing to be competitive with other editors on the marketplace.
Offer a discount to the 1st 5 customers who use your services. (You can enable this setting from your Pixlmob profile.)
Important Note: Your profile will not show in the marketplace until you have successfully passed the verification test for at least 1 service and you've set up your Stripe account for payments.
